Origin
Eleven years of poultry operations created the problem map.
MINA FARMS LLC began as a commercial broiler poultry farming business. That history matters. Poultry production is not managed from a spreadsheet alone; it is managed through air, sound, feed, water, litter, equipment, weather, people, timing, animal behavior, and constant judgment under pressure.
A broiler house is a living operating system. Ventilation changes flock comfort. Humidity affects litter. Litter affects bird health and ammonia. Feed and water issues can compound quickly. Equipment failures rarely wait for a convenient time. Labor gaps, disease pressure, biosecurity risk, energy cost, and documentation burden all sit on top of the biological reality.
The company’s advantage is not that it has simply heard about these problems.
